Sending out emails to warrior's fans who signed a petition on a site I once maintained. Trying to pump up a Niners site we same fools are now pimping. Got a message back from a site that determined that my message was spam. Very interesting too look at.

I see some things I should never do in a real spam.

• No "php" in an enclosed link. The spambot knows php is "active" - this gave me 2 points against to start with and then an additional 23 points because my message was short.
• No large fonts in a short message - This gave me a total of 37 points (again, extra points added against the brevity of my post)
• No exclamation point in the title - A mere bagatelle at 4 points.

The spambot also didn't like that I included a link at all, but the points here were minor.

Basically? A short look at this suggests that if I am going to spam people I should send some darned long messages to increase my kb count.

Weird...

Busy, busy, busy... about the get the postnuke site reloaded and try and figure out why the forum won't integrate. But I won't be thinking about that soon since tonite I fly up to the City to see the two (and only) New York Dolls. If you don't know? You suck.
