this is interesting (if true -- and I await the judgement of you techno-geeks) for several reasons.
1) The "hidden" RTJKJAS at the bottom of the page (NOTE: Only viewabled if you highlight the text or view source) which Google suggests stands for:
Return To Justice. Know Jesus As Savior
So the homeland security nazis (Godwin!!! Godwin!!) are admitting their Jesusosity?
2) Homeland security is related to copyright infringement? WTF?
3) The page was created with Word!!! Teh Ghey!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't believe this normally, but the government seems to be taking credit for it here

23 PRESS RELEASE OF REALITY AND ALIEN XTIANS
• Today, American (all of it!) President Dick Cheney announced operation "Icy-Wasteland Freedom" intended to free Canada from the yoke of its tyrannical leader Paul Martin. In a prepared statement Cheney declared that, "they're like our 50th state anyway, so they shouldn't object much. And we'll make English the national language!"
Cheney went on to note that Paul Martin was a known ally of Sadaam Hussein (Sadaam invested in Paul's company Cordex), defrauder of Sri Lankan tsunami victims and has opressed Canadians (and the poor defenseless cheese-eating surrender monkeys in Montreal) for far too long!
