Since I didn't make it to the gym yesterday I "ran." For 10 measly minutes. And reduced my legs to jello.

Jello-legs are not the only things that feel pain. I just had my appendix removed (seriously). The inside of my abdomen is swollen and it feels like it is filled with jelly (hmmmm jelly donuts...). Let's just say that I quickly found which pain killers really deserve its name.

BKF - I sent you an email... appendectomy.. well at least you can claim the scar is from a duel you fought, one foggy morning, in Hapsburg. It was over a woman's honor and....
and.. I bet the go all laparoscopic on you so you don't even get a decent scar.
